Located in the remote Diamante Valley in Costa Rica, surrounded by lush jungle, one feels transported back to a primordial time.
The open plan concept does away with most walls, eliminating all but the essential barriers to nature.
Natural materials such as wood, concrete, stone, and glass were selected for their aesthetic properties, as well as their long-lasting durability and minimal maintenance required for a second home.
A deep exploration of the site topography and ecology with our local architecture partner on the ground allowed precise positioning to maximize light and view while managing the significant rain runoff during the wet season.
