Open spaces with deep overhangs seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor areas. The material palette features locally sourced concrete, wood, and glass.

 

The house is strategically positioned to maximize views, natural light, and breezes, while effectively protecting against wind-driven rain.

Working directly with local architecture partners ensures the thorough consideration of hyper-local conditions, including buildability, high humidity, extreme rain, and earthquakes.
