In our Pre-design phase, during which due diligence and a pro forma are developed, our client invited us to conceptualize a hotel and spa that would simultaneously ground and captivate guests.

Gentle curves echo the surrounding landscape hills. Spaces are open and connect to the outdoors.

​The design also prioritizes sustainability, utilizing passive cooling techniques, rainwater collection, and renewable energy sources.
